These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website marbleblurestoration.com and all services provided by Marbleblu Stone Care, including marble restoration, natural stone polishing, grout cleaning, and related services across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Service Areas: We proudly serve New York (Manhattan, Westchester, Long Island), New Jersey, and Connecticut. Service availability may vary by location.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to accommodate preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee specific slots during peak seasons.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee of up to 25% of the quoted amount.

Access Requirements

Client must ensure our technicians have clear access to the work area at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Pricing & Payment

Estimates & Quotes

All estimates are provided based on information supplied by the client and visual inspection. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ significantly from the initial assessment. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required for larger projects
  • Balance is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Commercial accounts may arrange net-30 terms with approval

Late Payment

Accounts past due more than 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Collection costs and reasonable attorney's fees may be added to delinquent accounts.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results and safe working conditions, clients agree to:

Clear the Area

Remove furniture, rugs, and personal items from work areas before service.

Utilities Access

Ensure water and electricity are available at the work site.

Secure Pets

Keep pets secured away from the work area for safety.

Disclose Information

Inform us of any known issues, previous treatments, or special conditions.

We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days and we'll return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

What's Covered

What's Not Covered

  • • Pre-existing damage not addressed in scope
  • • New damage occurring after service
  • • Normal wear and tear
  • • Damage from improper cleaning products

Limitations of Liability

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions: Marbleblu Stone Care shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions not visible during inspection
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, access issues, etc.)
  • Results that vary due to the natural characteristics of stone

Natural Stone Disclaimer: Natural stone has unique characteristics. Results may vary based on stone type, age, porosity, and prior treatments. We provide honest assessments but cannot guarantee identical results across different stone surfaces.

Dispute Resolution

Direct Resolution

Contact us directly to discuss any concerns. Most issues can be resolved through open communication within 7-14 business days.

Mediation

If direct resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Each party will bear their own mediation costs.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of New York County, New York.
